True Hemp Creations – Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final on Smoking Consumables

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all smoking consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left our facility. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Pre-rolls

  • Hemp flower

  • Vaporizers, dab pens, and cartridges containing hemp extract

  • Any opened or partially used consumable product

We take this policy seriously to protect our customers and to comply with Georgia law prohibiting resale of opened consumables.

Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Consumable Product Returns

Certain non-consumable items (e.g., branded merchandise, apparel, accessories) may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once your order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please email info@truehempcreations.com with your request, including all required details and photos. Our customer service team will review your case and provide instructions within 2 business days.

Note: True Hemp Creations reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
