Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with True Hemp Creations. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. Certain hemp-derived products may not be available in all states. It is your responsibility to verify product legality before purchasing. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or restricted addresses for certain items.

5. Delays & Carrier Responsibility

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, True Hemp Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows a package as “delivered” but it was not received, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund orders once they are marked as delivered.
