Refund policy

At True Hemp Creations, we stand by the quality of every product we offer. Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under normal circumstances.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly replace or issue store credit for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

• All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, a replacement product or store credit will be issued promptly. We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preference, taste, or effects.
